Our Client, a design company is seeking to appoint a Swedish speaking Export Customer Services Representative.

Responsibilities:
• Sample order input by phone/fax/email - assisting customers in identifying products, and/or advice.
• Dealing with credit limit
• Advise query on account,
• Order input by phone/fax/email - informing customer of order ref, stock availability and delivery of order.
• Product orders by phone/fax/email - Order inputting mainly by search and select as part numbers unknown by customers.
• Order stationary & stock of brochures/leaflets for the team
• Technical complaints/log/liaise with customer
• Invoice printing & fax and post issue copy to Credit Control
• Filing
• Maintain accounts & trade account application databases
• Send delay letters & update notes screen for each order
• Send file at regular intervals throughout day/ activate log report and contact customers of any delays.
• Deal with queries direct from reps
• Organise reps post
• Process forms for account amendments
• Process amendments to advertisers directory on website

Candidate:
• Swedish & English languages are a MUST
• Excellent people skills and excellent problem solving abilities
• An excellent administrator
• Excellent communication
• Clear and methodical in their approach
• Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Committed to providing customer service of the highest quality
