With their UK headquarters in Bracknell the company currently employs more than 500 staff and has an annual turnover in excess of £700m. Due to their constant growth they are now recruiting Customer Service Agents to join their existing team. The role involves taking incoming calls, dealing with queries, booking engineers and advising on technical problems the customers have.

You will have previous customer service experience preferably in technical environment.
