French and German speaking, friendly, professional customer services executive required by a top class global company (6000+ employees, in 40 different countries). You would be working in the Contracts Communications Department.
As a French and German speaking Customer Services Executive for the Contracts Communications Department you will be responsible for top class service provision to all clients in French (mainly) and German speaking (some) countries, and your role will be to provide assistance or escalate any questions a client may pose to the relevant department. As a Contracts Communicator you will deal mostly with queries about service contracts, maintenance, repairs, replacements etc. You will provide feedback and advice, and your role as French and German speaking Customer Service Executive will involve amongst other the coordination of service requests, from verifying the contracts and assessing the services a client is entitled to, to managing logistical aspects of sending replacement hardware to France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and other European countries. The department consists of a team of 4, all of whom have an international background. The company itself is very international and provides a great working environment, a melting pot of cultures and personalities. You would be able to start immediately, after a telephone and a face to face interview. The role is for 6 weeks initially, and could extend beyond that.
