Our client, a leading employer offering a fantastic working environment is currently seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Marketing Executive to join their established team based in Letchworth. You will be assisting the UK marketing manager in the implementation of the UK strategic marketing plan. Working closely with your manager, the team and other specific business areas you will be developing segment marketing strategies and programmes in line with the agreed marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying trends, needs and opportunities in designated market segments
- Briefing communication and campaign to Marketing Communications team for designated market segments in line with the marketing objectives
- Working with internal and external sales teams to ensure effective use of budget and resources
- Identifying the most appropriate and effective channels and message for communicating company messages thereby exploiting the largest areas of opportunity
- Be responsible for setting and monitoring budgets in partnership with the Marketing Communications team and ensuring this is within the budget, on time
Prepare creative brief for marketing tools for the designated market segments and progress to completion with Marketing comunications team
- Plan programme and production of company’s promotional incentives, liaising with International marketing and Divisional Managers as appropriate
- Provide marketing input on relevant multi-functional teams as requested
- Monitor competitor information and provide analysis/disseminate information to UK salesforce
- Liaise with Marketing Communications team to promote regular, high quality coverage in the local press
- Work with Marketing Communications Team to produce PowerPoint presentations in conjunction with external agencies if appropriate
- Produce seminar presentations and support material

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record within marketing services, be educated to degree level of equivalent and possess a recognised Marketing qualification. Other skills required - computer literacy (microsoft office professional) and copy writing skills.

Salary £28,000 to £32,000 + fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), pension scheme and share incentive scheme
Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm although some some UK travel with overnight stays and extended hours will be necessary for this role
