Role: They have established their European IT support operation in Cork, Ireland. This team is responsible for providing their hardware and software Technical Support and solutions to customers in German, English, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

A new position has been created for a German 2nd Level Technical Support professional. You will be responsible for supporting their German, Austrian and Swiss business customers on a range of technology issues. These could be product or service related and will require in-depth hardware, Linux, Unix and troubleshooting skills to address these issues. This is a key position that will see you manage their German customer base.

Skills: To be considered for this role you will need to be a fluent German speaker, 3 years of experience and have strong UNIX, LINUX Administration, installation & configuration. You will also need good TCP/IP, networking on Linux, windows server 2003, windows 2000, windows NT. Candidates with knowledge of UNIX kernel diagnostics and debugging, SAN, MCSE, CCNA or Linux Certifications will be at an advantage.
