Working as part of a team and reporting to a Team Leader, our Client is looking for high calibre Bi-Lingual Customer Service staff who are fluent in French to provide excellent customer service through a blended Contact centre (Phone & Email), supporting clients across Europe by identifying and proactively seeking to resolve, monitor and support customer requirements.

Key responsibilities will also include helping to create a team environment and to manage and maintain a high standard of customer service and a thorough understanding of products and services.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (37.5 hours per week) e.g. 8.00am – 4.30pm, 9.00am to 5.30pm, 9.30am to 6.00pm on a rota basis for four days during the week and every Saturday 9am – 4pm.

The successful candidate will need to be fluent in both written and spoken French and English and will ideally have previous customer service/call centre experience gained within an office environment. The ability to be able to demonstrate initiative and drive is essential.
