The day to day role of the support department has responsibility of running all member relations, ensuring compliance with the terms and condition\'s across the portfolio of brands.

This will include photo verification, email queries, membership issues and questions and alerting other departments of issues arising for customer feedback.

Initially, the successful applicant will assit in the translation of websites from English to Chinese.
