Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
►Extensive diary management (using Outlook)
►Organising UK and overseas travel (including itineraries and currency)
►Dealing with confidential documentation
►Meeting and greeting Management, clients and international visitors
►Processing expenses and invoices (knowledge of Concur system useful)
►Professional telephone service – answering, message-taking conference calls and cover
►Producing and updating Powerpoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
►Personal work including medical claims and other administration
►Correspondence, faxing, photocopying, archiving and filing
►Co-ordination with, and “buddy” to, another senior secretary.
►Developing contacts with other departments such as I.T., Facilities and Events
Requirements:
►Previous secretarial/admin experience (ideally gained from a Banking or City Financial environment)
►Exposure to a corporate finance environment and financial understanding would be advantageous
►Knowledge of Spanish and German would be helpful to the successful candidate, but not essential
Technical Skills:
►Accurate and fast typing (60 wpm)
►Advanced Microsoft packages
►Experience of banking systems such as Bloomberg and Reuters would be useful
►Internet (especially for company research) and Intranet

►Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
►Attention to detail on all work performed
