Our client is leading in the field of outsourcing and multi-lingual accounting services to UK businesses and overseas companies. They are supporting companies in setting up their business in the UK including services such as entity establishment and UK tax advice.

Role
Accounting Manager with German or Italian
As Accounting Manager you will have excellent German or Italian language skills and solid experience in Management Accounts to develop valued portfolio client relationships through effective resource management and efficient service delivery in conjunction with the Manager. As the Accounting Manager you will also be in charge of managing teams such as Management Accountants and Financial Administrators. In addition to this the Accounting Manager will cooperate in German or Italian with Fellow Accounting Managers and their staff, with the Payroll Department and External Authorities (e.g. HMRC, Auditors).

Profile
.Excellent language skills in German or Italian
.Experience in managing accounts on a regular basis such as monthly accounts
.Proven ability of developing and managing own-portfolio clients through proactive relationship
management
.Liaising with the Director and client where own-portfolio service changes are recommended
.Fee negotiations and budget reviews for own-portfolio clients, follow up calls to own-portfolio
clients regarding any queries they may have on latest management accounts
.Attend meetings with own-portfolio clients to explain the services provided and illustrate the
expertise of the department as well as to the set up process and monthly procedures, specific client duties and the services our client will provide.
