Job Title: Mandarin or Russian speaking Sales Executive
Skills: Ability to sell. Fluent Mandarin or Russian
Salary: £16k, + £4k OTE in the first year, £30k within 2-2.5 years

The Company:

International market leader for over 20 years in the dance sport industry, selling to over 62 countries on a weekly basis. Our main business is to design, produce and sell the fantastic dresses seen on TV programs such as Strictly Come Dancing, Dancing on Ice, Britain Got Talent, etc.

Your Duties And Responsibilities:

- To deal with incoming calls and correspondence.
- To process and follow through all orders to full customer satisfaction.
- To build relationship with customers and help clients to feel and share the excitement and enthusiasm we have for our products.
- To meet and exceed agreed sales targets by growing sales with existing and especially new clients.
- To implement Sales projects and Marketing programmes in the allocated territories according to the Sales Plan.
- To monitor sales trends of allocated key accounts and territories and to recommend/take action where appropriate.
- To devote at least 20% of time to searching and developing new accounts.
- Ensure that the correct payment details are always with the order
- Showroom customers are served immediately in a friendly, helpful manner and advice on fabrics, etc is given as and when required.
- Work at the Sales Exhibitions at the UK Championships/January, Junior Championships/April, The British Championships/May, German Open ( Stuttgart, Germany)/August and any other smaller events
- Visit the allocated territories in person with or without line manager at least once a year

Your Profile:

- English and Mandarin or Russian to a high standard.
- Mathematical ability at good standard also essential.
- Maintained focus on Sales and Customer Service;
- Good communicator, enjoys dealing with people;
- Ability to obtain results and self motivation;
- Previous experience in building customer relationships
