Accounts Payable Clerk-
German Speaking

Reporting to the Merchandise Payable Supervisor, you will ensure all German merchandise vendors are paid within the due dates and to take a proactive approach to prevent late payments occurring.

Using the correct processes and investigation, you will have the opportunity to ensure that invoices integrity is maintained. This exciting opportunity will involve dealing with queries and regularly liaising with our Germany Office and, or Vendors to ensure that they are paid on time every time. Communication is key especially the ability to communicate in German. Attention to detail is essential for this role.

Previous experience within a fast paced, high volume accounts environment would be advantageous. Good Excel spreadsheet skills are ideal, but training will be given.
