Role
Danish speaking Account Manager

As a result of an internal promotion and ongoing expansions, my client is looking for a fluent Danish speaker to join their multilingual client development team and more specifically the Scandinavian arm of it. As part of the Scandinavian Inside Sales, the Danish speaking Customer Development Executive / Account Manager (CDE) has ownership and responsibility for customer relationships, revenue retention and revenue growth within an assigned territory and an exclusive portfolio of existing clients. The Danish speaking CDE / Account Manager is responsible for retaining his existing clients, renewing their contracts and selling the company\'s products and solutions to them in order to grow the revenue.

Profile
·Fluency in English and Danish.
·Fluency in other Scandinavian languages will be advantageous but not essential (Swedish, Norwegian, etc…)
·Previous experience in an account management or/and sales role in a telephone based environment
· Ability to effectively cross-sell within the customer base to grow business
·Ability to utilise effective questioning and influence strategies to better understand needs and gain agreement or commitment from customers
·Ability to establish trust, reliability and expertise over the phone by maintaining a professional voice rate, tone and pitch to create strong personalised relationships with our clients
·Ability to build and develop relationships with others to identify problems, assess needs and solve problems to facilitate accomplishment of work goals.
·Ability to stay informed and up to date and learn new skills related to industry trends, the competition, company\'s goals and strategies and changing technology to ensure account retention and growth.
