Travel Consultant key responsibilities are:

-Selling worldwide holidays to the public
-Maximising revenue on every booking through sales of add-ons and cross selling
-Being aware of monthly target figures through discussion with the branch manager
-Ensuring all customers receive a professional service at all times and any problems or queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently

To be a great Retail Travel Consultant you must:

-Be a great team player with a positive attitude to work
-Have some previous experience within a retail travel environment or similar such as reservations, travel consultant, or sales executive.
