Job description
The Clinical Marketer will be responsible for:

- The development of clinical education tools and programmes (working closely with the Clinical Director)
- The development of sales force tools and training the sales force in effective clinical selling, e.g. how to present clinical cases, how to address doctor concerns or clinical questions in an appropriate fashion and present the best clinical arguments for the use of our product Proactively driving clinical case studies, clinical presentations, publications and (in partnership with the EU Clinical Director) dissemination of new clinical research
- Development of High Level clinical education programmes to enable  doctors to treat more cases and a wider variety of orthodontic cases.
- Contact, book, and managelogistics for speakers and for clinical events(such as Workshops)
- Represent marketing in the organisation of major educational events Development (in partnership with Clinical Director) and management of local (European) content on the organisation\'s global clinical information site 

Working in a small team in a fast growing organisation the successful candidate will develop \"best in class\" clinical educational tools and programmes.

Our unique proposition will combine elements of both consumer and medical professional marketing (typically classed as B2B).

 

Requirements
The Candidate



The successful candidate will have more than 3 years experience in trade marketing in a clinical / medical or a B2B environment. The candidate should have a proven track record of developing KOLs and gaining high level endorsement.

This individual should be numerate and articulate, with the confidence to present to and interact with a range of stakeholders, from sales people and Key Opinion Leaders to board level executive (internal only)

He/She will need to be a self starter, able to take the lead and work independently while consulting and involving local in-country teams. They should have experience in organising events, and possess strong project management skills.

Ideally this candidate should have experience of clinical medical marketing, however candidates from other technical B2B environments will be considered

 

Education & Background

 

- Educated to bachelor degree level or above, preferably in a marketing or business related field, life sciences will also be considered.

 

- Must speak excellent English (preferably Fluent / Native)

 

- 2nd European language advantageous: German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish

 

- Experience of the healthcare industry advantageous (other B2B will also be considered)

 

- Numerate and thorough with an eye for detail

Salary indication
between 40-50K
