The call centre provides an exciting and dynamic business environment for people who are skilled in sales and customer service. The Telephone Sales team has direct telephone contact with the clients, both individual customers and travel agencies.

As a telesales agent you will undertake an array of tasks:

* Answering all telephone calls to turn into sales
* Ability to use CRS Systems to make telephone sales for individual clients
* Promoting the company\'s products in order to generate revenue
* Assisting clients with after-sales service e.g. change of reservation
* Proposing additional services and information to clients to enhance customer service and loyalty
* Providing service and assistance to the Travel Trade e.g. Travel Agents
* Assisting with in-house training of new staff when required
* Assisting in specific projects as required by Management
* Promoting good working relationships with all employees and clients of the company


Telesales Agent Remuneration package:

* £16719k with £2254 London weighting
* Fluent in 3 languages or more an extra £734.44
* 37.5 hours per week with one Saturday worked each month
