Leading French Investment Bank based in the City is now looking for a PA to support four Senior Managers on the trading floor.

The main duties are: organising business travel and meetings, processing expenses, assisting with the organisation of event management, providing support/cover within the secretarial team, drafting correspondence and preparing presentations.

The ideal candidates must have fluent French, experience of working on a trading floor, ability to multi-task and to work towards tight deadlines.
