French speaking Customer Service Representative
Salary: £20K + Benefits
Location: Slough
Great opportunity arrived within an international company based in Slough, who currently recruiting for a French speaking Customer Service Representative.
Requirements:
-Fluent in written and spoken French and English
-A high level of interpersonal skill in direct contact, via telephone, fax and email.
-Presentable and smart
-A good negotiator
-Computer literate and analytical
-Excellent administration skills
-Experience in International Customer Service is essential
Main Responsibilities
-Order entry in a timely and efficient manner
-Provide a caring professional response to all orders and enquiries with a quality of service that meets or exceeds specified targets.
-Ensure that the policies and practices including ISO 9001 and Health and Safety Procedures are applied at all times.
-Achieves all deadlines and targets and exceeds them where possible.
-The main part of the job is based on administrative tasks (order entry, quotations, inquiries, complaints)
-Support the development o and to assist in meeting objectives of Customer Services
-Respond and own customer inquires, resolve complaints
-Maintain accurate customer details on all systems
-Request technical assistance
-Update customers at a regular intervals regarding outstanding work requests
