Duties & Responsibilities of a Telephone Marketing Executive:

- To meet or exceed monthly and quarterly suspect/opportunity generation target
s for each customer campaign
- To maintain accurate records of each campaign assignment undertaken
- To develop and maintain a broad-based knowledge of the IT industry in general
and specifically the software sector
- To communicate with our customers as required by the particular campaign
