Now they are looking to expand the Customer Service team of their UK office.

Role: This role involves some sales and marketing support, developing sales campaigns, Order processing and regular reporting and analysis. You will take inbound calls but make as well outbound calls and will give a customer service never seen before.

Skills: The successful candidate will have 2 years experience in customer service, administration or account management environment and knows how to communicate with customers and clients to a business level over the phone. Furthermore you will be fluent in both German and French and you will speak fluent English.
