Portuguese Customer Service
Camberley • Permanent • £19000 - £23000

Reporting to the Team Leader of the Portuguese Team, the purpose of the role is to carry out accurate and timely processing of customer orders for a portfolio of Portuguese accounts, and the resolution of internal and external customer queries. In addition, this role is responsible for investigating customer claims and, where relevant, issuing credit notes to ensure DSO and other key financial performance targets are met.
Who we're looking for
Fluent or native Portuguese speaker
Strong customer service experience
Experience in processing sales orders
Ability to work under pressure, a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Intermediate level in Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills (oral and verbal) and good team player
Manage complexity and multiple priorities
