Job Description
Our client in Merseyside are looking for a Multilingual Helpdesk Analyst for a 6 month initial contract. You will be capable of demonstrating good communication skills with particular emphasis on the use of the telephone, we require someone who has fluent verbal and written language skills in English and fluency in ALL of the following languages: NORWEGIAN, SWEDISH AND DANISH
You must be capable of remaining cal and polite in pressurised situations, delivering a professional service whilst dealing with all levels of staff and management in demanding circumstances within a busy environment. You will have proficient knowledge of Microsoft operating systems such as:
- Windows XP, 2000
- MS Office suite
You will record all call details in an online system whilst taking the call, so keyboard skills are essential. Your duties will include:
- First line customer contact for all IT related issues/problems/queries
- Recording all problems in the service centre online call logging system
- Troubleshooting, prioritisation, resolution and assignment of problems
- Progress chasing, maintaining incident record and report
Training will be provided to enable you to resolve up to a level of approx 40% of all incidents taken. This role is paying £10.29 (PAYE) or £12.75 (Umbrella/Ltd Co). Please send your CV to
