Job Description
The BBC Spanish American Service has a constantly updated news website (bbcmundo.com) and broadcasts on radio in Spanish. Our lively and enthusiastic team of more than 50 people working in London produce this output with the help of several stringers and reporters around the world.
You’ll provide administrative support to the Managing Editor and Service Head and be the central point of contact for the Service.
You’ll need to have fluent Spanish and English with secretarial and administration experience, experience of organising and prioritising a busy workload, accuracy and attention to detail, good IT skills (including Word and Excel) and good interpersonal skills. An interest in new media or broadcasting would be an advantage.
