Job Title: International Publishing Assistant, Nordic Team, 1 year contract
Skills: Administration support experience, ideally Nordic language skills

The Client:

An international publishing company based in central London.

Your role:

- You are a confident, enthusiastic Sales Assistant with excellent communication skills and will provide wide-ranging support to the Sales Managers for the Nordic business area.

Your responsibilities:

- Sales fulfilment;
- Customer support and liaison;
- Sharing information with other international areas of our business and Production and Editorial teams;
- Contracts & invoicing;
- Tracking titles through the Production process and resolving any problems that may arise;
- Whilst providing support for the Sales Managers, the Assistant will have the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the business.

Your skills:

- A team player with strong and persuasive presentation and negotiation skills;
- A sales-oriented person, with initiative, strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who is motivated by the challenges of a sales environment and has a desire to develop a career within sales;
- Any Nordic language skills would be an advantage and any other language skills would be viewed positively;
- You must be willing to travel if required.

The position is for a fixed term contract of one year with the possibility to be extended.
