Responsibilities include making out bound calls to leads provided via the web and other channels, cold calling potential client accounts.
Keeping up to date records of sales activity in a Goldmine CRM system.
Producing accurate forecasts and pipeline information.
Contributing as part of the sales team to new ideas, approaches or techniques for sales, keeping up to date on relevant technologies and products offerings.

It is essential that you speak fluent German and you must have a successful background of telephone selling IT products or services, demonstrable cold calling and closing skills are also required, you ll be a strong team player, motivated and target driven and you ll have a very good attention to detail in administration and reporting.
You almost certainly be a self starter and have high energy levels and a strong commitment ethic - a technical vocabulary of Cisco, Microsoft or Database technologies will also be utilised.
