Role: A new position exists for a French Online Team Leader to join their in-house Customer Support Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service agents where he/she is responsible for meeting customer service targets, service levels and operational targets in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess a degree, 3 years of experience in customer service environment, good communication and computer skills. He/she will speak on native level French and fluent English.
