A leading Assistance and Insurance provider is seeking a B2C Director to develop and launch B2C activities for the company globally. B2C Director responsibilities:
- Identify possible areas of optimisation within the deployment of the B2C website worldwide.
- Develop and manage all facets of B2C marketing strategies to include strategy development, advertising and and media selection
- Drive customer acquisition through online and offline media buying and strategic partnerships
- Ensure, through regular market competitiveness and website analysis, alignment of the Group offering with the market needs.
- Identify areas of improvement to increase speed-to-market.
B2C Director skills required:
- Extensive senior experience in e-commerce, ideally involved in B2C activities in a global environment relating to sales, travel, finance, insurance or other service activities
- Strong drive and ability to embrace and lead change and work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel direct marketing campaigns
- Project management skills are a must
- Good understanding of IT and the ability to work together with IT stakeholders
- An extra European language (as well as English) would be beneficial
