Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to join our European Customer Service & Sales Support team in our headquarters for the European market. We are a medium sized company and the market-leading brand of speciality lighting technology for specialists markets across Europe, North America, Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Customer Service for UK & Europe Sales by providing complete office / admin support which includes the following:
- Coordinating and managing all incoming UK & German customer related orders, leads, calls, queries etc.
- Contacting top customers / accounts regularly as required
- Support and cover for other team members – France & Rest of Europe, as required
- Proactive notification to customers advising of discrepancies in order
- Liaison with warehouse & distribution
- Provide sales support to the sales team
- Sales / Order Processing
- First point of contact for all incoming calls and deliveries
A small part of the role will involve the following:
- Attend exhibitions in UK/Europe as and when required
- Translating required German correspondence, etc into English as and when required
Skill Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet & Database systems
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Team player
Language Skill
- German (Fluent)
- French would be an advantage
Salary
£16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience
