Working in IBM technical support centre based at Greenock:
Monday – Friday Only
3 Month Contract Full time and Part time applicants considered minimum 3 days per week.
Position is on assignment for 3months only at the Prestigious Company of IBM based at Greenock. Full telephony and system training given
Level One data Entry: European Technical Support Centre
Temporary Adecco Contract at IBM, Greenock
Salary: £7.28per hour
The Job
Level One data Entry: European Technical Support Centre
To provide 1st level data entry agent, logging software and hardware PC faults for IBM and Lenovo customers
Work within SLA’S (service level agreements) to meet targets and deadlines.
Any Other tasks as requested by manager.
Good communication and Time management skills required
