Educational Sales Consultants with languages: £35-40k OTE

Due to our rapidly expanding sales, we are looking to recruit European language speakers onto our internet sales team, based in London W14, 2 minutes walk from the brand new Westfield complex (www.westfieldonline.co.uk)

Thanks to a highly successful online marketing strategy, we are receiving a higher than ever volume of high-quality leads and require experienced, multilingual sales consultants to convert enquiries into bookings. The role will involve selling English language programmes to customers from across Europe and other regions, enquiring and enrolling online through our website www.kaplanaspect.com.

As well as a minimum of 18 months experience (consumer or business to business) in a fast-paced, high-value sales environment, you’ll need to be passionate about the benefits of travelling and studying abroad. You’ll be self-motivated, proactive and autonomous, with a track record of converting leads into sales. You will also display a deep understanding of what it takes to provide a first-rate customer service experience. As you’ll often be dealing with young adults about to travel abroad on their own, you’ll need to provide customers with plenty of reassurance, empathy and support as well as sound practical advice so any personal experience you can draw on in this area would be greatly beneficial to the role.

* Fluent English (spoken and written)
