Sales Administrator

The role will entail:
Responsibility for all the administration and processing of customer sales orders and all associated correspondence
Supporting regional sales managers to process enquires and support documentation
Maintaining and controlling sales departments responsibilities on sage
Liaising with customers
The role will be a key interface between internal departments
Who we're looking for
Candidates should possess and be able to demonstrate:
Ability to be able to liaise with customers and management of all levels
Very good organisational and administration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen eye for detail
Preferably fluent in Spanish or Chinese
System experience - Sage, Excel,Word,Outlook and a CRM package would be preferred
