Our client a successful services company based in Cowley are looking to recruit a multilingual credit controller to join their team on a maternity cover basis.

The role;
  Manage a dealer network of around 50 dealers
- Release of Parts, Accessories, Motor clothes and Motorcycles within agreed
  credit line and terms
- Collection of outstanding receivables in line with agreed policy and
 targets.
- Handling of Dealer Queries/disputes
- Co-ordinating and distributing general corporate communications
- Translation of general communications
- General Maintenance and control of dealer accounts
- Develop close working relationships with staff within country offices
- Build excellent customer relationship with dealer network
Skills Required
- Fluent in German and English
- Credit Control skills
- Ability to translate English into German
- Fluency in French would be an advantage
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Works effectively within a team environment
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Knowledge of JDE/Infinium accounting systems would be an advantage.
- Strong mindset in building and retaining excellent relationships with
internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and achievement driven
