Trilingual Customer Liaison Advisor

Languages: fluent in either 2 of the following: German, French or Italian and fluent English
Based in North Shields, Tyne & Wear
Salary: £16,000 p/a with excellent company benefits

Looking to use your language skills, gain valuable experience within a multi-lingual/cultural customer care centre, enjoy relationship building between customer and company, providing excellent customer service and are looking for opportunities to further your career, our client has this opportunity for you.

You would be dealing with Swiss speaking customers either by phone, fax or letter correspondence. Taking ownership and working on own initiative to follow up and resolve the issues raised by customers.

Candidates are required to be fluent in 2 of the following languages, German, French or Italian and English and have a pro-active working attitude whilst being open-minded, flexible and approachable.
