Norwegian Customer Liaison Advisor

Languages: Fluent Norwegian & English
Based in North Shields, Tyne & Wear
Salary: £16,000 per annum with excellent company benefits

Looking to use your language skills, gain valuable experience within a multi-lingual/cultural customer care centre, enjoy relationship building between customer and company, providing excellent customer service and are looking for opportunities to further your career, our client has this opportunity for you.

You would be dealing with Norwegian speaking customers either by phone, fax or letter correspondence. Taking ownership and working on own initiative to follow up and resolve the issues raised by customers.

Candidates are required to speak fluent Norwegian and English and have a pro-active working attitude whilst being open-minded, flexible and approachable.
