American Express is currently looking to recruit full time experienced Travel Consultants to join their thriving, vibrant offices in both Brighton & Horley.
As a Travel Consultant, you will arrange worldwide leisure & business travel for prestigious customers as well as creating tailor made itineraries and flight reservations.
To be a successful Premium Travel Consultant you will need:
- Proven experience of providing a high level of Customer Service with previous experience in a call centre OR travel industry experience
- A genuine interest in the premium travel industry, with knowledge of travel geography and destinations around the world.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability and desire to work effectively as part of a team with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience of using a travel reservations system (CRS) would be advantageous.
In return for your commitment you will be rewarded with a fantastic starting salary of between GBP17,300 - GBP19,000 per annum dependent on experience. You will also receive excellent company benefits, incentives and a minimum of 5 weeks initial training plus unlimited ongoing training and development.
These are permanent full time positions and hours are on a shift rota basis, including some weekend work so an additional shift allowance will be paid.
