A leading, London based, carbon trading and asset management company is looking to recruit Sales Associate to cover Czech and Slovak EU ETS Markets. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to build a successful career in sales.

You will be responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with companies within the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EUETS) in order maximize the deal flow to the trading desk.

You will report directly to the Sales and Trading Manager with whom you will have constant dialogue on risk, price volume etc. You will be required to maintain a database with all details of clients and deals. Whilst the role will initially be based in Warsaw, a willingness to travel (app. 20%) is a prerequisite.

- Experience in sales of financial instruments
- Knowledge of power sector in Czech Republic and Slovakia and/or main industries
- Knowledge of the EU ETS
- An understanding of carbon trading
- Relevant Language skills
- A Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
