This role is an interesting opportunity to work with multinational clients. You will be responsible for the complex onboarding of new clients, including the below:-
Introduce client to purchased Gartner services
Provide the client with interactive walkthrough of the Gartner website that is tailored to their individual requirements.
Create reports and analyze activity related to client on boarding and services.
Provide ID/Password support and set up
Manage ad hoc requests from internal and external clients
Contribute to continuous process improvement by adhering to all SLAs and escalating issues to the appropriate resource.
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to speak fluent German and English
Ability to multi-task and synthesize information from multiple sources
Strong communication/presentation skills both oral and written
Ability to use/learn systems (reporting, escalation, booking)
Web navigation
Able to look beyond their role to help improve overall client on-boarding experience
Experience in a customer service environment
A knowledge of the IT industry is desirable although not essential
