Our client is part of the worldwide services network. They deliver large scale, innovative, creative, touch point-based marking programmes for blue chip clients in the UK, EMEA and globally.

Due to their growth they are currently recruiting 10 Weekend Customer Service Representatives to work on their campaign for well known Internet advertising company. You will be working Saturdays and Sundays 10am – 6pm.

Your role will involve:
• Providing a great email support service to the site users
• Fostering a trusted and safe online environment for users through effectively detecting fraudulent/ illegal activity on the site
• Helping ensure a high quality of ads on the sites
• Escalating technical issues to the technical support team
• Reporting on the key user issues seen and suggesting solutions


Candidates will have excellent English skills (both spoken and written), be PC literate and fast learners. Customer service experience a bonus!
