An opportunity to work for a leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf has arisen due to increased work load. The candidate MUST speak Dutch fluently and have experience providing secretarial and administrative support to a team. This position will require the candidate to support a team consisting of 5 Analysts and a VP.

The candidate MUST have experience in:
Arranging travel and processing expenses
Organising visas
Diary management
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Answering phones and managing messages
Fluent in Dutch. French would also be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an Investment Bank, be proficient in using MS Office and be able to work under pressure.
