Job Description
One of Europe\'s leading IT support and technical outsourcing companies, currently seeking a French speaking Customer Support Representatives to work in the IT and Telecommunications sector. The role will involve customer support, billing queries and database maintenance. Candidates will be required to quickly assess issues and problems and resolve complex situations.
Applicants should speak fluent French and English and should be able to think creatively in a fast paced environment and be highly organised and motivated with excellent time-management skills. You will need to be patient with a good sense of humour with the ability to work well within a team environment.

This role will involve shift work as the department is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Therefore applicants must be flexible to work daytime, evening, weekends and night shifts.
