Role
Customer Service Advisor with German

My Client, a World\'s leading supplier to scientific and industrial markets, is looking for an experimented Customer Service Advisor with German for providing a quick and efficient front-line response to major customers, distributors and other branches worldwide.
Essentially, you\'ll deal with support requests, technical enquiries, price quotations, process and progress orders in German.


Profile

·Fluent in English and German
·Experience in an Engineery or Technical environment.
·Good experience in a sales or service orientated environment is vital
·Good knowledge of office systems, word/excel (SAP – training will be given) and procedures
