A reputable company is looking to recruit native or fluent Norwegian speaking individuals to join their team based in Glasgow.

The Role:

As a point of contact to customers with telephone enquiries, you will be responsible for answering queries, processing orders, updating customer\'s details and providing first rate Customer Service.

Ideal Candidate:

Successful candidates will possess an excellent telephone manner with a proven track record in customer service, be fluent in English and have the following:

•Experience in dealing with people in a customer service contact centre environment
•Excellent communication skills
•Have the ability to adapt to new situations and use initiative
•Can motivate, encourage others and yourself
•Have strong planning, organising and team working skills
