Role: Help Desk with French and Spanish or Italian or German
The position involves turning a customer\'s problem into a positive experience that enhances the relationship between our client and the customer in :
·Providing direct first level telephone helpdesk support to end users of our client\'s products in French and Spanish or Italian or German.
·Managing customer issues and expectations of service.
·Taking appropriate action to ship to repair or escalate to technician for further diagnosis.
·Managing our client\'s account and non-account customer queries to facilitate repair, technical queries, spares and pricing enquiries.
Profile:
·Fluent in at least one of Spanish, Italian, or German in addition to French and English
·Experience of working with customers from different European cultures.
·Excellent Communications skills in French and Spanish or Italian or German
·Previous experience working within a helpdesk environment
·Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
·Calm telephone manner.
