Position Summary:
This position serves as the primary contact for multiple Survey clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring overall client satisfaction for our clients.
2. Project Managers must take the lead role on multiple client projects to ensure that the appropriate internal resources are dedicated to the clients’ project.
3. The Project Manager must ensure the timely delivery of the survey to the client, delivery of the survey report, training the client’s representatives on utilizing survey results, delivering executive summaries and providing feedback/action- planning packages.
4. As the primary contact, the Project Manager must ensure all interactions and communications between Kenexa and the client are consistent and unified.
5. Must be knowledgeable on the clients contract, to ensure the clients are receiving the services as stated in the contract and to be able to answer inquiries on the client invoices.
6. Must coordinate internal team meetings, offer operational guidance and monitor the progress of their client’s projects.
7. The Project Manager is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all project documentation.
8. Must be knowledgeable on all Kenexa products and services to be able to help the clients with all of there Human Resource needs.
9. Other duties as assigned to meet client deliverables
Qualifications:
1. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
3. Degree or similar qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.
