Summary:
We currently have an excellent career opportunity available for an Implementation Consultant to join our Technical Professional Services group. The Implementation Consultant is a skilled Project Manager able to design solutions, drive best practices and all necessary processes for a successful implementation. The Implementation Consultant partners with the client to determine the best use of Kenexa BrassRing technology and services to meet the needs of the client’s business.
Primary responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for customers during the software implementation process by engaging with project leadership, core team, and project manager. As primary point of contact to Kenexa, provide consultative approach to designing and implementing projects from project initiation through to go live.
Provide clients with initial product orientation, survey analysis, and process optimization design.
Advise customers on industry best practices to maximize customer’s value from BrassRing’s software & related services
Facilitate design, project, and other meetings; conduct demos and trainings
Act as business partner with clients, building and maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction with BrassRing as a solutions provider
Function as point of contact for all aspects of implementation projects with assigned clients
Additional responsibilities:
Assist with related technical projects such as HRIS integrations, data conversion, and system acceptance testing
Drive the system implementation plans, utilizing both client and consultant resources
Provide clear, accurate and prompt communication to internal teams to assure excellent delivery
Successfully manage multiple and concurrent projects, priorities, and tasks
Experience required:
Ability to translate customer needs into functional and technical requirements
Deep technical comprehension of product/solution offering
The ability to set realistic expectations with clients and deliver on them
Tolerance for stress, ambiguity and a flexible environment; ability to work with and resolve conflict
Strong presentation skills to be used in product demos, presentations, and training
Ability to work independently and as an individual contributor to a team project
Ability to quickly grasp and convey technical concepts/issues
Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish goals
Ability to nurture business relationships
General understanding of staffing, human resources and hiring processes
Desired Skills:
Experience with software implementations
Experience in an Application Service Provider (ASP) or hosted software environment
Visio and Project proficiency
Knowledge of leading HRMS packages including PeopleSoft HR, SAP HR, Oracle HR, etc.
Experience of Brassring or other products (e.g. Taleo, Vurv, iGrasp etc) would be useful
Collaboratively partner with internal resources within project timeframes to complete implementation related tasks
Provide clear, accurate and prompt communication to internal teams to assure excellent delivery
