Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will provide client support for the Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing (KRB) applicant tracking applications being utilized by our client. In this role, you will work on site with our client, reporting under the Human Resources organization to provide ongoing systems administration for KRB and other products utilized by our client to recruit and retain the best talent. In addition to day to day support the position will be a liaison with the client's Tier 1 support organization, work closely with the client's HRIS team, and be a direct conduit to Kenexa resources responsible for ongoing support and training. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing process improvement programs, have a role with system upgrade processes, support metric reporting, contribute to quality initiatives, and support new program initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Day to day administration of system features and data elements such as letter templates, email templates, user tables, source codes, job codes, and agency contacts
2. Manage user Welcome Page and email communications
3. Manage system users, user privileges, and organizational groups
4. Maintain library of candidate qualifying questions
5. Maintain elements text on corporate candidate portals
6. Generate standard, ad hoc, and audit reporting
7. Provide users with training support
8. Support program change initiatives
9. Liaise with client's HRIS support, the Kenexa Configuration Administrator, and the Kenexa Technical Consultant
10. Provide ongoing communications between client and Kenexa
11. Support upgrade and other programmatic initiatives
12. Assist with quality assurance efforts
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. A strong eye for detail, accuracy and strong problem solving skills
3. Strong MS Excel skills
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Intermediate experience of working with databases
6. Experience of working with and manipulating data and reports
7. A background in HR and talent management is beneficial but not essential
