Position Summary:
Kenexa's survey solutions include employee engagement surveys, 360º multi-rater feedback, exit interviews, compliance surveys and action planning. We also offer a number of services that assist organizations in leadership coaching, training, content optimization and post-survey evaluation. These solutions help organizations understand and act on the unique drivers of engagement within their cultures to improve overall business processes.
The Senior Project Manager manages Project teams to deliver against customer and internally driven deadlines within Kenexa’s global Survey Practice. As a Senior PM, you will set the example by ensuring all KPI’s and SLA’s are met in line with (if not exceed!) the ‘Kenexa Service Hierarchy’ model. This role will report directly to the Managing Director Europe of our Survey Practice.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a Big and Small picture view with regard to operational delivery and practices
Manage the relationship with Customer and internal teams to ensure all project targets are exceeded or met within time and budget-delivering Customer Satisfaction
Act as a Customer Champion-being the point of contact-driving through to resolve queries/issues with extreme diligence, care and attention- and to the Customer’s satisfaction
Identify opportunities and risks and communicate these effectively throughout the Kenexa organisation
Manage and regularly monitor all metrics to ensure all projects are in good shape and will be delivered within time/budget etc
Oversee and ensure correct and timely billings to Customers
Leadership of Project Managers and teams; setting performance deliverables, reviewing performance and crucially, supporting team members through development to ensure they have the confidence and (internal) toolkits to meet performance standards
Conduct Appraisals both formal and informal
Succession plan, recruit and develop new/existing team members
Experience:
Demonstrable experience as a Senior PM or established PM with evidence of managing specific Client deliverables and responsibilities
Proven ability in providing outstanding service and exceeding/meeting delivery targets
A background in Survey, Research or a similar field
Possess and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organisational skills
Qualifications
Degree in a numerate, business or social science
A recognized Project Management qualification
Articulate, with a focus on detail
An excellent relationship builder and communicator
