Overview:
This position oversees successful completion on entire projects for multiple, large-scale Assessment clients. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of client projects and overall satisfaction of customers.
Essential Duties:
1. Ensuring overall client satisfaction for our clients. 100% client satisfaction.
2. Make one proactive client service call a day.
3. Handle first step in escalation procedure. If additional escalation is required the Senior Project Manager will notify the Director of Client Services (DOC) or the Director of Operations (DOO) and if appropriate, the Sales Executive.
4. Client availability - Same day turn around on all client calls/emails.
5. Ensure accurate/timely completion of all project documentation.
6. Adhere to all Kenexa standard practices (i.e. mandatory calendar usage).
7. Attend weekly Project Manager huddles.
8. Timeline approval and sign-off prior to sending it to the client.
9. Complete knowledge and understanding of all client contracts.
10. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of all client billing.
11. Attend all mandatory internal and external client meetings (i.e. kick off meetings, Software Specification meetings, Weekly project meetings, Wrap up meetings).
12. Ensure accurate/timely written and verbal communication with internal project team.
13. Other duties as assigned to meet client deliverables.
14. Direct reporting relationship to DOC.
Qualifications:
1. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
3. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. 4. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education and Experience:
1. Degree or equivalent qualification and/or qualified by experience
2. Prior proven and demonstrable Assessment Project Management experience preferred.
3. Prior proven and demonstrable experience working with large, national organizations.
4. Combination of required academic qualifications and qualifying work experience
