We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our successful German Division. You will form part of a German SAP Business Unit, designed to provide comprehensive SAP Services to clients and candidates in Germany.

We are looking for potential candidates who preferably have:

12 Months recruitment / telesales experience

Excellent telephone skills.

Good PC skills (Word, Email, Internet)

Lots of drive and ambition.

German Speaking.

Strong persuasive skills

A summary of your main duties within this role are as follows:

Carry out structured telesales activity on behalf of German candidates in order to locate and secure permanent opportunities within the German SAP industry.

Head hunting potential candidates for specific German SAP roles.

Use of Internet and German web based Job sites in order to procure potential candidates and research potential clients.

Match available candidates with existing vacancies & liase with both clients and candidates to confirm interviews.
