Customer Service Support Analyst with French and Italian

Job Location: Buckingham

Salary/Additional Information: £19,500

Great opportunity for a French and Italian speaking candidate who wants to use his languages and acquire new training in support.

Role: Customer Service Support / Helpdesk Analyst with French and Italian – 7 months contract with a possibility of becoming permanent

The role consists of supporting a major Client by providing trouble-shooting until a solution is found via telephone or email communication in French and Italian.

It is a temporary contract of 7 months minimum that could become permanent

Full training is given initially with further follow-on/ follow-up training as the employee progresses. Regular review meetings are conducted to monitor, assess and re-assess progress. This also gives the employee the opportunity to express any thoughts they have regarding the role and discuss how it is developing from the Manager\'s/Team Leader\'s point of view and from the Employee\'s point of view. There are good opportunities to progress both with the team and company.

Profile:
·Car owner/driver essential due to location
·Fluent in English, French and Italian
·Intermediate-Good PC knowledge
·Previous helpdesk experience – knowledge of firewall and antivirus technologies very useful.
·Good customer service experience within an office environment.
·Awareness of different Windows Operating Systems, MS Office.
·Proven ability to provide both spoken and written helpdesk and customer service support in English, French and Italian
·Good Team player
·Enthusiastic
