Job Description
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a specialist tour operator in their modern offices in the centre of Brighton. They are looking for an experienced ticketing and administration co-ordinator to join their team. They offer a competitive salary and a Monday to Friday work pattern.
As Ticketing Co-ordinator you will responsible for ensuring all ticketing deadlines are a priority and all tickets are issued, and numbers are recorded for BSP across all brands. You will also be dealing with flight changes, quotes, amendments to bookings and special requests on scheduled, charter and low cost airlines both online, via GDS and over the phone.
To be a great Ticketing Co-ordinator, you will have great admin skills with proven ticketing experience, preferably on Amadeus. You will have an understanding of net and published fares together with knowledge of BSP. You will have strong attention to detail with ability to remain calm in a busy travel environment.
Working hours, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:15 (but some flexibility may be required at busy times).
